Pilates is a mind-body exercise programme that utilises a combination of concentric and eccentric (lengthening and shortening) muscle-training exercises to develop, strengthen and tone a range of muscle groups. It emphasises balanced bodily development and the synergy between mind and body. Pilates sessions are tailored to suit the specific needs of each individual client and benefit a wide range of persons, from seasoned athletes to pensioners.

Tracy Dawber also offers Instructor Training at her STOTT PILATES® Host Training Centre in – The Pearls (Umhlanga Rocks), Joanne Enslin and Associates Pilates (Riverclub) and Pilates Reform (Roodepoort). Become a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor by completing course material and examinations at the Riverclub or Umhlanga Rocks studios.
